M Range Wireless Subwoofer connection issues.
#1
If you are having issues with a wireless subwoofer on your BAR M9, M10 or M12 then you should first try the support section.

Before posting please view and try the process as laid out in this video a few times.

Hi there i have completed troubleshooting steps multiple times and still no success. The sub woofer has worked for a few years with no trouble. My virgin media crashed recently and it was after this that the subwoofer stopped working. They are showing as paired and the soundbar works. Could it be connected to tge virgin media crash? Thanks

Hi Aitch,

I can not see how, unless there is a wireless adapter involved somehow?

If you perform a quick press on the bar does the sub's pair light flash?

Can you power off the sub and bar completely for 10 minutes.

Plug in \and turn on the bar only, make sure the bar is fully on/has a Blue light on top and then do a six second press.

Then turn the sub back on and wait 15 seconds and do a quick press on the sub then bar in quick succession.

After that are both lights solid and does a quick press on the bar get a reaction from the sub pair light?
