My M12 loses sound/power after x mnutes

Hi Rob,

This would not be related to the dipping issue no.

If it only happens on Optical then we need to identify the source devices issue.

If we can test it on another device/the same device using AUX or Bluetooth we can then ascertain if it is that device and connection.

Hi.  This same thing happened to my M12 Orbitsound sound bar yesterday evening.  Switched itself off whilst watching TV, via optical cable.  Bluetooth checked at the time, working OK.  Was able to switch the sound bar back on again, but no sound via optical cable.  Sound would return after being left on for about 15 minutes.  Then problem repeated itself after a while, and throughout the rest of the evening.

Any thoughts?
