Hello. I have an issue with my A70 soundbar which I bought from Richer sounds. I brought it in for warranty repair and was told after a week or so it was my LG49UB820V TV's fault. I should use the aux input instead. The fault sounds similar to the dipping issue on an optical cable, sound would shut off completely and not come back on
However the problem with that is during quiet sections the sound bar shuts off as it thinks there is no signal and then switches on again when a louder noise is heard. It's almost as irritating as the previous fault.
What can be done about this? I have to say I am quite dissapointed in the performance of the soundbar given the issues above and the response I recieved.
